   Suzhou Royd Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Import & Export Corp.  was established in October 2000 with a registered capital of RMB 4.2 million. Its registered address is No. 179, Nanhuan Ave., Gusu District, Suzhou City. The company was built upon the industrial foundation of Suzhou No. 5 Pharmaceutical Factory (founded in 1962) and is a comprehensive pharmaceutical and chemical enterprise integrating import and export trade, domestic sales, and diversified social services.
    The company was formerly a holding company invested in by Suzhou No. 5 Pharmaceutical Factory. In 2001, Suzhou No. 5 Pharmaceutical Factory completed its overall restructuring, and the company subsequently established its independent legal person status and obtained self-operated import and export rights. After undergoing standardized adjustments to its equity structure and optimization of its shareholders, the company currently has a stable equity structure and a sound governance structure, laying a solid foundation for long-term development.

Ltd. was founded in 1962 as Suzhou No. 5 Pharmaceutical Factory, which started its business with the production of eye drops and tinctures. Since 1965, we have been officially engaged in the production of chemical APIs and pharmaceutical intermediates for more than 40 years.After decades of hard work, Suzhou has developed into a comprehensive pharmaceutical company with total assets of about RMB 200 million, covering an area of more than 120,000 square meters, producing and selling more than 20 kinds of chemical APIs and more than 40 kinds of pharmaceutical intermediates and supporting solid oral preparation production every year.     In 2001, our company passed the GMP certification of the State Drug Administration (now the State Food and Drug Administration). In the same year, the company was restructured and formed into a limited company by several natural persons, and in 2003, the company passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification.
